What is the minimum order quantity?
The MOQ is shown on each product. If your quantity or assortment needs a different arrangement, share your shortlist with our team for review.
Can I customise the product or packaging?
Open a product and choose Customise with our team, or send us your brief. Available options, sample costs and minimum quantities are confirmed for the product you choose.
Does the displayed price include shipping?
Catalogue prices are indicative EXW product prices. Freight, customisation and taxes are confirmed separately in your quotation. Share your quantity and delivery postcode for a current estimate.
How do I request samples or product documents?
Send the product name or SKU and your destination to our team. We will confirm sample availability, applicable costs and the documents available for that product and market.
Can one quotation include different products?
Yes. Add products and quantities to your quote list and submit them together. Our team will review the quantities, packing and delivery requirements for the full assortment.
